Our Services

BUSINESS SEARCH

Based on your search parameters, our team will reach out to publicly listed and/or private/unlisted businesses to inquire about the sale of the business. Our team will request initial documents from the seller or their representative to provide a preliminary business evaluation. We will select the top three businesses from our search and present them to you. You will be able to select one of the three businesses to move to the next stage of the process. If you select none, we will continue bringing you options on a case-by-case basis until one is selected or six months elapse, whichever comes first.

Deliverables: Identifying up to fifteen (15) businesses; highlighting three (3) viable businesses to purchase.


Timeframe: Business Search Support will take place over the course of a maximum of six (6) months.

BUSINESS PURCHASE

Upon identifying and agreeing to move forward with the purchase process, we will mediate communications between you and the seller, including answering emails and preparing you for meetings with the seller and their representatives. We will also help negotiate the price and prepare a letter of intent (LOI) outlining the initial purchase terms and conditions. If an LOI has been signed, we will work with professional third parties to review the seller’s business and financial documents to confirm all the financial information and facts presented to date and ensure no hidden surprises. If the due diligence results are satisfactory, we will connect you with key third-party professionals, such as an accountant and a corporate lawyer, to ensure the business sale is completed smoothly and efficiently.

PITCH DECK

Our Pitch Deck Development service provides you with a professional, visually compelling presentation that effectively communicates your business vision and goals to potential investors, stakeholders, and partners. Our expert team crafts customized decks that highlight your company’s unique value proposition, market opportunity, business model, and financial projections, ensuring you leave a lasting impression.

SUV PROJECT SUPPORT

Our SUV Project Support services are designed to help you build a robust and dynamic team that aligns with your business objectives.
